The Annapurna Himala is a Vast massif of several peaks above 7000m,Part of the range forms a natural amphi-theater known as the Annapurna Sanctuary or Base camp,ringed by such giants as Annapurna I, Galcier Dome, Gangapurna, Annapurna Fang and the Fishtail Peak of Maccha-puchhere. Using a lesser Known apporch route we visit the marvellous view-point of poon Hill before decending to the Modi Khola valley and into the gates of Sanctuary. passing directly below Macchapuchhere,we have a coupe of days to explore the amphi-theater before returning to pokhara via a different route. This is a fairly strenuous alpine trek that gives the filtter walk-er close-up mountain view equal to any in the Himalaya.
Program
Day 01:
fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara (200kms/).
Day 02:
25kms drive to khade, and trek to Tolka (1810m).
Day 03:
Tolka to Chhomrong (2040m).
Day 04:
Chhomrong to Bamboo (2340m).
Day 05:
Bamboo to Himalaya hotel or Deurali (3000m).
Day 06:
Himalaya Hotel to .M.B.C(3720m).
Day 07:
M.B.C to Annapurna Base Camp (4200m).
Day 08:
ABC to Doran (2630m).
Day 09:
Dovan to Chhomrong village .
Day 10:
Chhomrong to Tadapani forest .
Day 11:
Tadapani to Ghorepani (2975m).
Day 12:
Morning trip to Poonhill, and trek down to Tikhedhunga (1400m).
Day 13:
Few hour trek to Naya pul and drive by to Pokhara (42kms).
Day 14:
Pokhara Sightseeing (full Day ).
Day 15:
Fly to Kathmandu overnight hotel (200kms/30 minute).
