The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has decided to allow foreign tourists to enter the country with a negative Report of COVID 19 infection. The announcement was made by the Ministry of Tourism after a meeting of ministers from various Ministries with the Prime Minister. According to government officials, foreign tourists will have to submit a PCR negative report for the last 72 hours before visiting Nepal. The government is also planning to waive the COVID 19 insurance of tourists. However, in the case of illness, they have to bear the cost of treatment themselves.
