01. Payment:
To be closed your intended trip – 25 % down payment is requisite to make an advance as per the corporate policy of Everest Pioneer Trek Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
02. Payment of the Balance:
The payment of the outstanding balance for your holiday is due 4 weeks before your departure. If you decide on to settle your holiday
Balance of master card /visa card /maestro card a handling cost of 3.5% on the outstanding balance is formed .there is no handling cost for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
03. Refund:
No refund will be made for 25 % deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
Having paid full amount of any trip, you’re entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip.
Still cancellation charge is invoiced to you .In the case of cancellation we will not return 25 % deposit money.

10. Additional Charge:
